Today feeling a little pained. My Rheumatoid Arthritis is reacting to the cold weather, I guess? But I still have to work out today. I'm seeing such results. I lost some weight. Maybe I'm not eating enough? I will eat more today , since I'm to my Thursday Body Pump. Happy to say, I'm feeling a little addicted to working out. I'm 44 years young. I feel I'm going to make it this time. My 1st goal in 21 pounds. My main goal weight is 150. I'm only 5'4. My current weight is 221. I believe the steroids for the pain pumped me up to this awful weight. Plus bad eating. Being stationary at work doesn't help the problem.
