Did Body Bump yesterday. I eat more, but it seems like the system is saying I'm not eating enough. Well I'm not working out today, so I will be eating less. I feel good. If I get hungry, I will just eat a little fruit, or protein. Sore from yesterday a little. At work, doing desk work a usual. It's Mother's Day Weekend! Also my weekend off. I'm going to eat what I want, but in small amounts.

Today feeling a little pained. My Rheumatoid Arthritis is reacting to the cold weather, I guess? But I still have to work out today. I'm seeing such results. I lost some weight. Maybe I'm not eating enough? I will eat more today , since I'm to my Thursday Body Pump. Happy to say, I'm feeling a little addicted to working out. I'm 44 years young. I feel I'm going to make it this time. My 1st goal in 21 pounds. My main goal weight is 150. I'm only 5'4. My current weight is 221. I believe the steroids for the pain pumped me up to this awful weight. Plus bad eating. Being stationary at work doesn't help the problem.

Today I weighed my self, because last week my weigh in was high I believe due to my cycle. I been working out, and cutting carbs. Lost 7 pounds.

Feeling greedy today. Want Pizza badly! Body Pump yesterday. Today I'm doing laundry which is downstairs. Work is slow today. Right foot is hurting today. Can let this RA keep me down. Got to get this weight off me.
