This is my first day on fatsecret. I started the military diet 3 day plan yesterday and it says you can get up to 10lbs weight loss if after the 3 days you stay under your required calorie intake. You defnitely have to have some discipline with this but it's a cheap and easy diet. Wish me luck!

it will most likely be water weight ... I can't imagine a body being able to successfully burn through 10 pounds in three days. BUT that sounds like a nice jump start for a long term plan.

I did this diet a couple of years ago. I have a son in the Navy so we did it together. I lost 3 pounds and he lost 7. Men seem to loose more than women for some reason. Good luck and welcome to FS.
