Ok went out last night and had a bit too much liquid fun so I'm taking the day off from working out. So I slept in but 4:45 am will be here soon enough and workouts will resume
179.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
