OK I broke the 180 barrier and now have a new tattoo. The next goal is 170 flow another tattoo. 170 is my goal weight but at 175 I will change my goal to 165 Little bites at a time so it does not seem overwhelming
179.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
