Hi Ashley,
Food is still looking pretty good! The only suggestions I would have is try to up your protein intake this week. What we shoot for is about 40% of your diet from cabs, 30% from fat, and 30% from protein.
That corresponds to 160g of carbs, 53g of fat, and 120g of protein on a 1600 calorie diet. Fro the most part hat will mean brining your carbs down a little on most days and eating a little more protein. Let me know tonight if you have any questions.
