I cooked this for either 20 or 25 mins on 425. We just got those freezer pods of minced garlic (I have never used them before but they were free) so I added one of those and I just used olive oil, salt and pepper. Once they were done I tossed it all in fresh lemon juice (Meyer lemon) from my tree. It was excellent! The veggies were fresh from the farmers market. I was impressed with myself. 😂
