good morning everyone. wishing you all a really pleasant end of the week. I've continued to slip, if not free fall. no mysteries here, just good old fashioned overeating. hopefully I'm gaining some muscle, as I'm sore as can be every night. but I've got to stop eating so so so much. simple, just not easy.
148.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

I like your straightforward mindset. Calories in calories out. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Same here. Noncompliance doesn't work. I have plenty of muscle actually and am using it to shovel the wrong fuel into my mouth.

Yeah, I can relate to that. I've got better quality food but now eating too much of it .

I’m in the same boat since I hit maintenance mode but am staying within 2 lbs of my preferred weight so I’m doing ok so far but I know I’m going to have to get back on track soon

Yes, that’s where I am at. Maybe it’s a summer thing? I also feel my muscles sore at various times during the week but gains are covered in a layer of fat ATM. :)
