Weight settling back after a week of birthday celebrations that entailed some extra carbs. Learned an important lesson about healthy relationships with food when I caught myself “punishing” myself for overeating one night by saying I “couldn’t have” what I’d originally planned for my birthday dinner due to the previous night’s eating. The weight may be off, but the mental work continues :)
