I’m so sad I keep eating so much and now my weight has gone up 5 lbs, so I had some coffee today and just a tiny amount of coconut cream. I’m going to try to not eat until Sunday, God willing! I have tu lose 15 lbs!
158.8 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
