3 days ago, my weight was 104.4 kg. I felt really down about it. I started to do my analysis where I was wrong in my diet, and I found the answers: 1) I had constipation ( 🙄 ) , 2) a couple of small but heavy meals at dinner time.
In the last 3 days I eat less carbs ( especially for dinner ). 1 day I had 1,224 calories a day; yesterday, I had 1,092 calories a day.
Overall, all my starts look now like this:

♡ starting weight - 116 kg
♡ 10th of June - 104.4 kg
♡ 14th of June - 100.7 kg
♡ lost in 3 days - 3.7 kg
♡ goal - 95 kg
♡ lost so far - 15.3 kg
♡ remaining - 5.7 kg

The main thing is : I was really upset last time by gaining a lot of weight. But my inner critic helped me to see what was wrong with my eating habits in order to put things straight. 🙃
222.0 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, tempsdurose 🙂. Thank you for your support! Yes, when I put a lot of weight on 10th of June ( it was around +5 kg ), my brain did not wanted to acknowledge my failure. I agree with you, it took some strength to stop crying and start doing things ( even due to my health issues mostly I am spending my time in bed ) . But I realised that I must find all triggers for my weight gain. I found my weight gain triggers. Now I am feeling happier. It is why we should not never give up. 🙂

Well done you - that's where I go a bit wrong sometimes. when I find triggers I tend to ignore them and hope for the best

That’s amazing Yelena!! Keep going. A slight fluctuation doesn’t take anything away from the 15.3kg weight loss.. amazing result so far 🥳
