Not as sexy..but I’ve discovered that a whole can of tuna (mixed with mayo or cream cheese) does it for me for those random days I’m just not feeling satiated - like to the point of feeling low-level anxiety. But I also weirdly love tuna fish- always have. Yellowfin is the best- way tastier than other tunas.

CICI YES, A THAT'S THE FEELING. I've been on edge the last few days which isn't like me either. I did the BIG can of tuna and it didn't work. I think I'm not getting my sleep too. So annoying.

Are you sure this isn't electrolytes that you're missing out on because of diminished intake?? CHeck into replacing these either naturally or through supplements, it sounds like its electolyte craving rather than reall hunger?

BANDRAI, yup, I'm sure. I supplement quite a bit, sodium, potassium magnesium because of my heart issue. ❤️ good suggestion though.
