all these studies are skewed for whatever result they wanted to get and there are 100s of other studies suggesting the exact opposite that were also skewed for their intended result

Strength training and HIITS no longer than 30 minutes ea WO are ideal for me. I have heard some WO people I follow (I believe it was Melissa Neil, who said prolonged cardio and any WO over 45-60 minutes can cause your body to have STRESS which causes CORTISOL to rise, which can possibly make you store fat.

Who knew working is the reason we all got fat? Everyone one of us must’ve consistently worked out for years and ended up here 😂

I just don't understand why they do studies on rats and suddenly, it's not good for humans. I trained as a boxer for ten years, hard ass workouts for up to 2 hrs a day 5-6 days a week, best shape of my life. 110lbs for competitions, 120-125 walking around. I understand that there's a point where too much is too much especially if you don't eat enough of the right stuff and can sabotage goals

If you were not exercising and do a single intense workout.... You are indeed likely to temporarily gain weight. But you can't outrun a bad diet.
Focus on calorie counting and fat cutting first, then move on to exercise.

Seriously!! I keep saying that to my husband, "can't out-exercise a bad diet" hes Italiano, but eats like Americano and its not working. I'm 1/2 Greek & 1/2 Italian and grew up eating very Mediterranean. I didn't gain weight until I retired from boxing 🥊 and had a rough second pregnancy in 2019 followed but debilitating back, neck, and knee injuries from a car accident. I couldn't walk for a year and emotionally ate all foods from pain and depression.
