wk 30 d4 pregnancy: (total gain: 19.2) yesterday, i walked on treadmill for half n hr, been staying pretty active thruout the day. Today, My youngest has a glasses appt, and there a baby appointment after. We also need to mow our jungle of a lawn. my father in law is visiting for a day tomorrow on his way to the mountains on the other half of SD. I slept better today. happy for this small drop..I hate the edema. husband has interview for Sergeant next week! he's been a corporal for years now.

week 30 day 2: (total gain 19.8) being outside is inviting a vampire to drain you of your blood.. The mosquitos are absolutely atrocious. We walked yesterday. we have a Weeping Recurved Larch that went into the ground. We went thru an hour of work- Don, my spouse, had to remove this weed/tree thing and even had to use an axe to get it out. We cleaned up house and went grocery shopping. Since returning, my swelling has been minimal. I have a very good, very strong feeling we finally found the right center to help us, and help my son, with autism, ADHD, and trauma. I had a dream about boxing in the ring again. I do miss it. I know it's neither here nor there. Nearest boxing gym is 40 mins away, a disadvantage in living in the country. 9/10/11 weeks remaining until we meet baby! I've been noticing Braxton Hicks lately.

week 30 day 1 pregnancy: water weight and swelling. My feet don't feel too swollen but I couldn't get on my old Brooks. I pick up new ones today. Meeting with a new counselor for my oldest soon, she specializes in OT therapy for kids with autism and ADHD. His last one wasn't helping him with actual coping skills for life. it was mostly talk therapy and constantly pushed him going on antidepressants when he already takes a stimulant for ADHD. No, I want something to DO to help him. Anyway, cleaning up the house and yard today. Appointments every day this week, just like June...

30 weeks pregnant: driving back to South Dakota from Illinois. Got 8hrs remaining. swelling returned so I'm wearing compression socks on the ride this time... I should have on the way there. we had fun with hiking, water park, fireworks 🎆 and cookouts, the baby shower was good! it was small and that's ok. My phone was charging and I didn't get any photos. My mother in law did on her DSLR camera and that's good enough for me. I will have to weigh in tomorrow. I hope I didn't gain too much. we definitely are leaving with more then we brought.
