Went on a binge and I’m paying for it. 😒 Back to it!!

141.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb. Still to go: 11.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m sure it’s only water retention. I have gone on like 3 binges and later found out I only gained about 3 ounces each time. It’s really okay trust me. Water retention lasts a couple days sadly so stay committed!
