I have almost reached my goal so bumped up some calories upto 4700 yesterday night. One is to treat myself other is didn’t want to go lower than that faster so I m planning to maintain 75 kg or 165 lbs for a while

But the problem is I think I have to go even lower my body weight than expected as I expected to reduce my body fat even more with this weight. I will go in a very slow pace hereafter else I ll lose my hard earned muscle along with water and fat 😅
