A bit peeved….started getting chest pains down my left hand side when i start to exercise…went to the doctor who has said although she thinks I am ok I need to stop exercising and has referred me to a cardiologist (Angina?). exercise had been a big part of how I have been losing weight…have an initial appointment on Saturday morning so hopefully will be allowed to start after that! Feel confident I have lost weight this week (2lb) but my official weigh in day is tomorrow! A bit of a moan but tbh feel lucky I am in a positon that I am being seen straight away and any issues will be resolved quickly!

Oh, defo get that signed off before you do any more exercise. You can always tighten up your diet in the meantime to counteract the lack of exercise.

Thanks Anne…..I have been brutal in my diet and exercise. I have lost 2stone 3pounds since 4th Jan…so unfortunately not much more I can do about the diet! But if it slows down so be it…rather be a couple of pounds heavier but still alive 😀 hoping it is a wee blip and the constant says I can crack on!
