Delighted, that’s me lost another 3.6lb. Lost 21.8lb (a stone and a half) since the 5th January…..it has been hell…..but feel really good now…happy days….my target was 2 stones by the end of March…..smashing it!
194.6 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
