A really good week lost 3.6lb …but it has been hard…less than 1000 a day, ran over 25k body conditioning 3 times and karate 4 times…..very proud of myself though I have lost 18.2 in 35 days……it is my birthday tomorrow and having a kebab….so doubt it will be so good next week…but don’t care….i think I deserve it 😀
