30 g of protein in today's breakfast, and about 500 calories. I put a couple tablespoons of cottage cheese in when I scramble my eggs to boost the protein. What are some of your favorite ways to get extra protein in at the start of the day?

I always add Greek yogurt when scrambling eggs. I usually add one tsp for each egg and use my immersion blender to make them light and fluffy. it's my preferred way to eat eggs, along with sauteed onions, baby spinach and when they are done an ounce of cheddar. I could eat this every day!

I don't know why I didn't think of Greek yogurt in eggs. Maybe because I like eating Greek yogurt by itself and with fruit, but I don't like cottage cheese on its own.

Me too Morticia, that's why I'm proud when I get 30+ grams of protein in a meal, and I share my ideas because I've benefited from other people sharing their tips for upping protein.
