Sunday coffee for breakfast and 250ml Noam broth for dinner.
This morning weigh in was unexpected so did it 3 times.
Following the same process today. Plan moving forward will be fasting 8pm to midday the following day. RDI still 1800 but due to the constant probably won’t achieve it.
Definitely happy with my bodies response to very low calorie intake.
193.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
