First pumpkin spice smoothie of the season. Kefir, whey, pumpkin, apple (of course), flaxseed meal, oatmeal, a medjool date for sweetness & pumpkin pie spice. A little tart from the apple, but not bad. Good morning, everyone! :)

😂 I'm pretty frugal. And I'm sure this was a lot healthier than the concoctions at Starbucks! When I go out for coffee, I nearly always stick to the unflavored lattes because the fancier drinks have so much sugar. Plus, I like my coffee to be coffee-flavored ☕ ☕️☕️

I wish my hubby liked pumpkin but he is not a fan really. What is not to like about pumpkin? Liver is not to like, pumpkin is to like. LOL.

that sounds amazing, I use date paste also as my sweetener…go figure. BTW, I only use the app on my phone. My response to you is still there. I’d send it to you but I’m sure it would take up too much space😬

I have my pumpkin cans ready, too hot here and doesn't feel like fall yet. I never have added other fruits to pumpkin smoothies, hmm.
