Today I am grateful to be feeling well! This weekend I had a terrible bout of vertigo, stuffy ears and head. It was awful 😞. I laid around most of the weekend. But today I am feeling much better. Still a little dizzy but manageable. I think it’s a head cold or a sinus infection. I got up early and ginger tea 🫖 and made a pot of vegetable soup with all the Super Foods in it. I will eat a bowl everyday to help boost my immune system. I will also roast some veggies 🥕 🥦 today so I can reach for them when needed. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!
