I didn't do very well at sticking to my calorie goal this past week since I was in dress rehearsals and performances for a show, but I never went way over, and was definitely burning more calories than usual. I didn't gain any weight, but I didn't lose any either. It's been weeks since I dropped a pound. I'm getting frustrated.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
