Well my workout today was good. I am not planning on weighing in for a week. I know muscle weighs more that fat, so I am going to just go for it and hope for the best. I am happy to be out of the cast and crutches. I gained 12 pounds in 3 weeks because of them. YAY!!! Stick to it girl...you can do this.
