I am just coming off an injury (fractured foot) and have gained a few pounds....now that I can walk again, I am hoping it comes off fast. :)

I am 48 years old and have a physical job. And love it. I used to be a bodybuilder and somehow fell off of that train. BUT I WANT TO GET BACK ON!!!!!
