Alhamdulillah masih tetep turun meskipun pelan, sebulan turun sekilo krn memang sdh jarang nge track kalori makanan, hanya olahraganya aja yg konsisten.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
