CDay 16 - didn't exercise for 4 days and had a big bufget dinner & alcohol over the weekend. Today= back on track
150.1 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
