Whole wheat spaghetti and meatballs, fresh broccoli and mandarin orange. I didn't log anything I ate yesterday, and I ate a lot of junk. I guess I needed a break or something different. Today I spent a lot of time outside weeding the garden.

It happens. I don't log when I go off the rails ( which I don't do often but am not perfect either) but I'm thinking of changing that so I can see the damage I've done..

Yeah, Diana, I want to log even when I go off the rails, even if I'm not super accurate on the amounts, it's better than having no data.
