Im having an absolute panic attack just posting these pictures... Never in my life have I ever exposed my body in public like this... But I achieved a massive goal today, and I thought its time to share my baby steps of progress... 10 weeks apart...

Thank you to all! I feel amazing! My secret is a high protein, low carb diet, I only do HIIT training, sprints and weight training for toning. I struggle almost daily to get my macros right.. However I do have a physically intense job as well which keeps the calories burning all day/night depending on shift.
