Pushed myself enough to leave the house today which was an accomplishment in and of itself with the day I've been having. Depression sucks but I felt better letting out some steam around a half mile walk around the track today. Walked about a mile, did my basic calisthenic routine, managed two sets of 9 push ups, and even had enough in me for a quick dumbbell workout when I got back. I also picked up some cereal which I haven't had in a while since I ran out. I felt so lethargic and tired pre-workout today but today was a reminder of how letting off some steam can get me energized and change my mood for a better. No excuses.
