Its been a little over 3 entire months since I decided to get serious about my diet and exercise. I started March 8th and I'm pretty proud to say I'm STILL on track. I honestly haven't realized its been so long since I first started and I seemed to have developed a healthy habit for exercising. That's no excuse, 15 minute intense calisthenics and weight lifting 3 times MIN weekly, sometimes several times a day if I'm feeling good or if I'm in the mood to relieve some stress and tension. I was 5' 11" 190lbs and haven't weighed myself since the last time I checked, nor do I feel the desire to do so. I feel good, look a lot more toned, and happy so I don't want to play the number game with the scale and get off track. I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds, but if my weight stays the same and I replace some fat with muscle even better. I'm in the best shape of my life and it only took me 3 months to get here with a little dedication and some work. Can't wait to see what kinda shape I'll be 3 months from now if all goes well.
