Was craving a big burger, so grilled some up for dinner, and made homemade buns. Loaded my bun up with a 1/3 lb. beef patty, an extra thick slice of bacon, a dollop of guac, and a fried egg. It was about half of my daily calories, but it was worth it.

Thanks. I think the buns I make are not as good as store bought, but I couldn't drive to the store yesterday because my car was being repaired. I also have a lot of yeast I need to use up so I've been trying to bake most of my bread products. But I discovered that my son likes homemade buns better than store bought!
