I did 20 laps tues (1200 ft), 30 laps Weds (1800 ft), and 25 laps today (1500 ft), which is 4500 out of my 5280 ft for the week. I am wiped. This swimming stuff is no joke. Tomorrow I am going to give myself a chance to recoup and I will do the remainder of my laps (only 13 left) Saturday! I did get a little sunburnt on Weds so I need to remember to sunscreen. I will probably swim Sunday too (Its my day off!) but by the time I did my swimming yesterday and then went to work by the time I got off I was exhausted. Fortunately this is a 12 week challenge so I have plenty of time to get in shape :)
