gee, the days I track really well, I tend to lose weight not gain it. i guess i need to get back at trying to track most everything

I'm in maintenance mode and took a break from it, but am going back to tracking for a bit. It's an incredibly valuable tool. Like kokokirby, it really taught me what I was eating and its nutritional content. I wish you success!
