recalculated my BMR today and decided that rather than trying to eat at a deficit I'm simply going to exercise with a bit more committment. I've been eating and drink pretty much whatever I fancy for a year now and not put weight back on, so I've added 600 cals to my daily allowance. I'm already feeling so much better about myself and I'm excited about the prospect of full fat mayo!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
