Well, still no BM. Took the suppository this morning and got some relief, but not as much as I expected.
New allergy meds aren't working yet. Just started them on Friday, though, so maybe there's still hope. I thought sure it was a sinus infection because I've been hacking up green stuff, but the doctor said, "No, it's allergies." I was already on two allergy medications, so this makes a third one. She said Virginians were really suffering with allergies this year.
On day #12 of walking 3 miles a day. Day 137 of walking at least a mile daily. I was afraid to go up to three miles, because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to maintain it. It's an hour and a half of actual walking, but it takes me 2-1/2 to 3 hours because I take breaks after every mile. Ya do whatcha gotta do.
