I went to breakfast this morning with my boyfriend and thought, I will start my diet tomorrow. I've been having months of tomorrows so I decided when I got home, all full, that I would start today. I can't believe that just one meal of eating what I wanted was almost my entire daily allowance of calories. Time to be more careful!
