I'm trying a different breakfast this week to get more protein, fewer carbs. Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts and seeds.

I bought Greek Gods yogurt last time because it was on sale, but I've found I don't like it as much as Costco's brand of Greek yogurt. The texture is not as creamy to me. I'll have to look for Stonyfield next time.
