I've had two diet strategies lately.
1) Eat healthy and moderately, do frequent vigorous exercise often (5-6 times a week.)
2) Be so wrapped up in taking care of Daddy at the hospital that I skip or skimp on meals. Still keep it fairly healthy.
I have been losing weight - finally got below the 153-157 range and I'm now in the 150-153 range, keep my fingers crossed. I even saw 149 two days running, but the second was the day that Daddy had a heart attack, so weight loss was certainly not on my mind, and the week of funeral planning and pizza commenced. I'm pleased that I didn't gain more weight than I did.
