Up early and heading to spin class before work...this is a first! Yesterday was the last day of school for my students and now just 2 weeks until it is officially over for the year. I am finding that I am less stressed so my food intake is much better and I have the energy to workout hard! I am staying on plan for the most part, but making it work for me by not freaking out if I have a glass of wine or a piece of chocolate. I am lucky that my stubbornness helps me on this diet because I will stop at one and not allow myself to ruin the day if I have a little fun. My workouts have gotten easier and I have dropped a few pounds. I wish the weight was coming off faster, but I am plugging away- 2 weeks from today I will be in Europe!!
