What is your favorite form of exercise? Due to the heat, I’ve been swimming, but once it’s cooler, I love to roller skate! Anyone else?
202.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I bike as my only transportation, I love it a lot and it makes any trip to a store something that can help me burn calories.

Water Aerobics and Weight Lifting are working for me. Looking at adding some yoga stretchs at home. Not ready to commit to classes yet.

Walking, Pilates, yoga, lifting weights. I tend to like to work out in the privacy of my house. I often crave swimming but I never really make it to a pool. There’s only a couple in my town which are not close to my place. I’ll be swimming next month while on vacation, though!

Walking, yoga, running ( not as much as I used to run) , hiking. I’d love to roller skate, but alas, I can’t stay up right, those wheels just roll out from under me. I do weights, but can’t say their my favorite

I like walking the trails. It's so peaceful being in the woods with hardly anyone around. I haven't been able to hike in months, because of the rain. I been walking at times at the park now
