Ate a couple sweet treats that were not planned. It was the end of a long, difficult week. 2 funerals for 2 teenagers in my neighborhood.
210.9 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
