Well, Sunday was a bust for dieting. Stupid holiday XD
The past couple of days, I haven't had much of the computer, so I wasn't able to update as frequently as I wanted. And I ate more than I would have liked yesterday had I been able to keep track as I ate throughout the day. Today was significantly better. I did a lot of housework, and even worked in the garden.
The next few days are supposed to be nice, so I plan on doing quite a bit of house work because I work better when I'm in a good mood. I plan on getting up early and going up and down the basement stairs a bit for a good cardio workout. Then, I'm going to do some thorough arm exercises with the weights I found when I was cleaning.
Now? I'm going to put Harley to bed, take a shower, and rela-a-a-a-a-a-ax!
