I've always been chunky growing up, but I've never had a problem with it until I started getting fat. Starting at 186lb, and only being 5 foot 4 inches, it's time to stop cringing at what I see in the mirror, change my attitude, and start working to drop the weight. I'm working at keeping a positive outlook, and a realistic one. I know that I probably won't lose weight as quickly as I would like. A minimum of a pound a week means it's going to take me about a year and a half to drop the necessary weight, but it'll be worth it. Maybe next bathing suit season I won't feel so gross in a normal bathing suit lol
