Well I really hate to type this but I didnt do very well this weekend. Wife and I went over some friends house and got fairly intoxicated, long story short we ended up eating our asses off........Being hung over we tried to be good all day but then we ate out for dinner to cure the "HANGOVER" so I will have to hit the gym extremely hard this week.

Yea I have put it behind me but it seems to take a week to get of the weight I put on in a few hours, gonna be strong and work out hard tomorrow. Thx for the support

I feel ya with the drinking thing. I find that when I drink too much, I couldn't care less what I eat--as long as I eat...a lot. It's awful. I'm trying to stay away from alcohol for now while I'm really trying to drop this weight, but it's hard. What you said about taking a whole week to undo the damage done in a few hours is a great reminder!

I dont have a drinking problem until Friday Night! Honestly I can drink and not cheat on my diet but I know I really have to cut the stuff out, I only drink whiskey, rum, or vodka with diet soda and absolutely NO beer. I hate beer!
