Many thanks! I have nutritional yeast in pantry, and am looking for ways to use. I am so afraid I will mess the food up as I do not know how much to start with per cup of food, for instance. Any words for me?

I mix 2 or 3 tsp of nutritional yeast in one cup of beans. You might want to start with 1 or 2 teaspoons and see how you like, then you can always add more.

I never thought of adding nutritional yeast to beans...but I will next time!! Usually I just apply it LIBERALLY to my popcorn 🍿🍿🍿

Beans and greens are an amazing combo. Collard greens in pinto bean soup I find particularly good, but it can be hard to find collards around here. I've gotten hooked on turmeric with beans recently, but haven't tried nutritional yeast! Just might have to

I also like collards. I'm trying to grow some in my garden this year. I tried once before but my seedlings that I started from seed didn't survive.

Thanks for posting the ingredients; some other posts I don’t know what in it but it looks good.
