Since starting gym to now, even though I have not lost that much. My body shape has change.

Gym twice a day 10 minutes Cardio and a hour and a half weights. No specific tummy exercises. If I have time I do 3 sets of 10 sit ups once or twice a week.

Weights is a game changer for sure! With consistency you can change your body shape! Love it!
