Happy Father's Day

One Meal today which will be dinner in five hours with my father.

I just wrapped up a 7.xx miler and didn't finish when it hurt, I fished when I was done.

Yesterday, a imminent calf cramp in the middle of mile 2 forced me to turn around and head home cautiously.

Today, I walked with a Gatorade. At around mile 4 bladder was full 😳. I pushed on and made it home.

Activity has stepped up and will achieve my goals as this is a marathon not a sprint.
