Woke up STILL at 219# gosh darn it. Did not go to pickleball as it was rainy and my current pickleball courts are now going to be closing for 1 year due to a rebuild,(Probably 2) the city, will be seeking out new places to play.I might have to step up the gym . As I only go Wed and Fri with a trainer.I teach college so we will be going into the summer term, which means I will be setting on my A$$ more and not moving around as I usually walk 5-7 miles daily or 15,000 steps. We close our main kitchens and do book work,I'm having my studen'st do modified recipes and nutrition aspects of a Keto diets and reopen in August. Hope you are ALL well and stay safe, colleges are still required to wear mask everyday.. And I'm DO N OK !!
